In pursuit of my love and passion for art, to find myself  living life purposefully, I created a successful business, where I am able to paint to my hearts content on a 3D canvas.  What better canvas is The Human Body?! It has the added bonus to connect with people.
At this point I have decided to merge my work and operate within the realms of ALL my skill sets.

My passion to work with people and the body expanded into my desire to understand who I am, on a deeper level. Mind, Body and metaphysically.  I immersed myself in studying once again, and through some very confronting, and enlightening moments I followed my heart, to discover my passion expand yet again, into the healing field of emotional anatomy. I became a qualified and registered Psychosomatic Therapist.
This all came about after some very intense and provoking challenges, where I had to take action and make some difficult life changing choices and go through some profound healing processes. In acknowledging who I was in that present time, my understanding and realisation as to how I could move in a positive way, allowed me to see and experience the freedom that comes with understanding the true power of my full potential.
It is innately within every human being to strive to reach and obtain a state of consciousness that is Love, Joy and Harmony though not to negate the power of diving deep into the shadows either, as this is where the GOLD is awaiting to be uncovered.

As you can see, I AM a very passionate woman with a thirst to grow deeper and deeper into my ever expanding consciousness and awareness. I have an innate desire to help others to realise their potential which is as much the purpose of me Being born.  To Be of Service to others.

I AM very enthusiastic in my desire to fulfil my aspirations to help you to move in a positive direction to get the most out of your existence in this human form.  Body, mind and Soul. One where you may find peace with your past, live and create in the present with an abundance NOW and an expanse of abundance for your future. My experience and passion for life in relating and communicating will leave you feeling at ease, as I endeavour to create a dynamic of compassion, trust and understanding as a therapist.  With an open heart, I too am continually holding space for myself with a willingness to learn, because as a Human we are on a path of evolution.

Which in turn, takes my role to heights where you will connect deeply with me on a Soul level, as we are divinely guided to share space.

I will always endeavour to create a space where I can quickly understand where you have come from, where you are now and where you want to be. The experience I have had to date in relating with people as a service provider and healer has provided me with the skills necessary to master techniques and provide individual assistance to each and every client.

I’d like to share….”Once upon a time, I would simply think of a way to discover my life purpose, rather than living my life on purpose and with intent.”

Have you ever heard the saying, “Just Do It”?  Well, I came to a very life halting moment and a realisation, that the more I took action, the clearer things became.

Instead of overthinking and being all up in my head, with all the questions that spun me into a tizz and lead to anxiety, fear, self sabotage, depression, such as;

Will this work out?

Should I try that?

What if I don’t like it?

What if I don’t make money at it?

I embraced the fear.  I made a choice to start taking steps toward living life passionately. To do what I most enjoyed, which at times very much included the things that were not so enjoyable as well but it was in the action of doing, that the momentum began, the miracles happened, the connections built and life became so very colourful, which in turn brings a well spring of joy.

My biggest drive and happy place of bliss is when I am creating within the spectrum of colour and vibration. I know that if it is something that brings me joy, it will also bring this sense of feeling into the hearts of others. Those who are ready to receive it.

This state of being is to give and be of service.

That there is the jewel.  The ultimate happy place for me is the connection of mind, body and spirit. When I am in this state, it speaks through me.

The heart is the Light within our body, our eyes the connection to the Soul, and I know it to be Truth that when creation is birthed through this gateway, that I am honouring and nurturing my spirit.  This is a realisation that Mind, Body and Soul are not separate.  Being of service allows me to feel and express so much love, which in turn creates a feeling of aliveness in doing this work as it sparks the light of my spirit. In turn, that it doesn’t even feel like work because there is flow and synchronicity.

Best of all, I know and feel the truth that in serving others is also bringing in positive energy for me.  In giving, that feeling of  love that  floods into my heart confirms an undeniable truth that on purpose, this is what I am to do with my life.  I know that this has only come about with consistent intent, focus, and action.

The experience is the reward; clarity comes through the process of exploring. Action is where you get results.

How do I find that thing that I am passionate about I hear you ask;

This is where it is up to the individual to dive deep into their psyche, the heart and for women, the WOMB. There is so much wisdom to be found in these places deep within you.

Meditation and mindfulness is a wonderful way to access this inner wisdom.

Begin taking steps to do what you love.

It is possible that there could be blockages and energy stuck within your bodies systems.

When you are inspired and connected to your happy self, inspiration floods your heart and soul. When you lead from your heart, you are naturally more joyful and motivated to explore. By doing what you love, you will be inspired and gain insights into what brings you the most joy.

It may be many things, so ensure you are open to your unlimited potential.  We can be great at many things and love them all equally.

As I have shared with you here in the beginning as to the many labels and skills acquired, there is still so much more to me.  I am a business manager, secretary, accountant, taxi driver, life coach, mentor, confidant, fashion coordinator, teacher, lunch maker, CEO of the household, cleaner, chef, counselor, mediator, and the list goes on, but you get the gist. I have many labels/titles and each one I am practicing I do with love and it brings me joy but none of these are my purpose, they are my passions. So start getting in touch with your passions! When you lead a passionate life you are living your life on purpose.

Let go of thinking there is only one purpose for you and embrace the idea that our purpose in life is to love life fully by putting ourselves into our life! This means we jump in and try new things; we stop resisting the unknown and we fully engage in what is happening right here, where we are.

To lead a purposeful life, follow your passions.

When we live a passion-filled

life we are living on purpose, and that is the purpose of life.

Living life in your POWER.

That feeling that something is missing goes away when you lead a passion-filled life. The need to seek our purpose comes from a lack of passion. When you don’t feel connected to your life, and you are energetically out of alignment in body, mind and soul, you lack purpose and passion. To rekindle this purpose is a easy as inviting and creating new ways to empower you in your life by feeling this natural drive of your passion.

Upon reflection you will see that the real purpose of anyone’s life is to be fully involved in living. Do your best at being present for the journey and fully embrace each experience. This is the reward remember.  As soon as you take on leading a life with purpose, in no time you will be oozing with passion, and you will feel so purposeful and fulfilled you will wonder how you lived life without it.
