Yesterday, in our homeschool art session, we played a little game. Each person decided upon an animal they felt drawn to and then we gave our animal to the person on our left. We then dipped our hands into an inspiration jar I have created to add some spice, fun & variety by allowing us to delve into our imaginations.

This way of creating is an invitation for us to explore and potentially stretch ourselves in new ways.

The animal I was given to work with was the fox and the inspiration was music, diamonds and awareness.

“AWARENESS – Pay attention to the subtleties. Look with new eyes. There are signs and omens everywhere.”

I gave another a giraffe, but he passed it up as he really wanted to create his monkey too even though he had also passed it onto the person on the left, his inspiration was Quest, tongue and instrument.

“Quest – Be bold and mighty forces will aid you. Take action as good luck favours the brave.”

We all chose to work with mediums of our own choice from a variety of what was on offer. Pencils, pens, markers, watercolours, acrylics etc.

I will share with you a little synopsis (read) of messages portrayed in the artwork created.

Fox – is the messenger who calls attention to create solutions. Fox can have trickster energy, though holds much wisdom and has a wily determination. With Fox’s persistence, it knows how to be resourceful, quick thinking and is also very much connected with the spirit realms and the afterlife.

Fox’s medicine is an invitation to use wisdom for the benefit of others as there could be someone within circles (friends/family/or unknown) who need extra support and advice right now.

Fox is a messenger that Spirit (ancestors/loved ones/guardians/guides) speaks through to assure of their presence. It’s communication through ‘nature’ (the fox) to remember happiness and peace, as well as to pay attention and be open to receiving messages through signs, symbols or omens.

It is quite possible that when fox shows up, it is calling attention to traits such as personal and unique skills, to be inventive & flexible. To express through inner genius, particularly to do with sciences and problem-solving. Fox’s energy is a reminder, that the power that is needed, is already within. Fox is backed by Guides in the spirit realms to present on their behalf with a loud and powerful message that would be “shouted from the hilltops”, that it is ‘you’. You, Me, We, I, all hold the power. To create the life of what dreams are made of using individual gifts, skills and innate wisdom.

So pay heed to all intuitive nudges, as there are opportunities to embrace.

There may be obstacles in the path to creating dreams but see these as blessings or opportunities. When there is no room but to expand and stretch beyond the edges of paths not walked before, know that these roads bear gifts, although it may not be as it seems. There are things that you cannot change. Refocus, change what you can and that may provide answers or solutions as a result of this determination and perseverance.

Action is required and there are times where Gnosis is called for, deep trust in the mystery as it unfolds, in all of the unknown.

A beautiful sister recently shared a quote from Terence McKenna and it comes to mind here.

I feel it appropriate and resonant to the messages being relayed by Fox.

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who counted, who touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.”

Next is the message that comes through the inspiration of the Diamonds that I feel are also like stars, depicted in the artwork dancing in among the music notes. Stars being lights, it feels metaphorical likened to the “Vibrations of the Diamond Light activating the realms of space”. This space can be felt and accessed when taking time to go within. The message received through the Diamond – “AWARENESS”, reverberates the message that was also received through the inspiration cards pulled out at the beginning. The diamond can be likened to a web, where everything is connected and where each facet/join is a reflection of the other, that also coordinates, like a compass. Follow the light source and it will lead you home. There are many facets to this crystalline dimensional shape of the diamond, often likened to that of a sparkling star. The diamond calls to shine as it does. To be the diamond light. It brings abundance, clarity, richness, purity, beauty and perfection. It is a crystal of cleansing and relative to the crown chakra, the ‘OM’ field of spiritual or conscious dimensions. The All that is of transcendence bringing ‘AWARENESS’. It invokes the Sage/Master, seeking the Soul light to shine and the Body/mind to unify and be ‘ONE’. It is also a call to purify and detoxify the system/s.

The music – brings notes, messages that can be received at a cellular level. It is the currency for the nature of that we are. “We are created by sound, we are created by the song of the universe” – Alexa Sunshine Rose. Music is vibration, frequency, sound, song, singing. The creation of universal nature of the highest order that invokes connectedness & love. Music is an invitation to connect with the unseen in the realms of existence, by deepening into the mystery of all that is and that which is unknown. That can be tapped into by going within, connecting with the heartbeat and sensing with all senses to receive through inner wisdom. All power comes from within.

How exquisite is life? Celebrate and dance. Especially NOW!!! More than ever!

Dance to the rhythm of the beat of your heart. This is the truth that is at the core.

To be able to experience these many facets of a diamond, these reflections of light. An invitation to see beyond the illusion of fractals and dive deep into the centre of the all-seeing eye. It’s in the heart of all beings.

I share this with you all today, on the anniversary of the passing of my maternal grandmother, Muriel Edna, who I refer to as Nanna.

I’d just like to celebrate her life and dance heart to heart with her spirit, as I do believe she is the one, letting her presence be known.

She would be 94 this year on 2 November. She passed quite young, at the age of 62 due to her ticker giving her sweet reprieve in the still of the night as she slept. A beautiful way to cross over to the light as she continues her soul dance amid the stars. I felt called to acknowledge my lineage and the grandmothers who have walked this earth before me. Whose bones have merged with all the Grandmothers and this beautiful sentient Being, Gaia; Mother Earth, to whom we owe to live our best life in deep honour to her.

As many can feel at this time, she is expressing as such that we all must feel….to come back to our roots. The ancestors are calling to be heard for they know the source of truth.

I also would like to make a mention and share another message I received from spirit today. Received through the middle realm – Nature. In the here and the now. This messenger is Falcon, who also crossed my path in mid-February speaking to embrace change.

Falcon’s message is “I move with the grace of wind and the power of light. I am clarity, I am focused; I am the divine purpose in action.”
